Scopophobia v 0.2.0.0 update

Scopophobia v 0.2.0.0 is out,here is what changed:

 -added a new animation to main menu 

 -added settings menu that can save your settings (WARNING:keybind settings will not be saved and will not capture mouse inputs)

 -made easier to decypher morse code by adding "/" before each letter and making dashes and dots pauses a bit longer making it up to standard compared to official instructions on how to decypher morse code

-added new secret area which like the previous area can be accessed by finding the small computer and inputing the right code which can be found around the test zone
